ScrambleZest Game Terms of Use

Following are the terms of use for all the versions/editions of scrambleZest game.

1. Points are earned as you play the scrambleZest game. These points (score) have NO monetary or other value. The point scoring is for entertainment purposes only.

2. The score maybe lost if you remove/uninstall the app or if there is some program malfunction. Administrators of infiniteZest.com/scrambleZest.com cannot be held responsible for that. Typically, new points/score can be earned if the program is re-installed and the game is played.

3. While care and precautions are taken to ensure the accuracy of the scrambles, the accuracy is not guaranteed. Some scrambles and hints might be accurate at the time of writing, but may not be exactly so afterwards. This is only a game and its content must be treated as such. No liabilities of any kind are assumed by the administrators of infiniteZest.com or creators of sets/scrambles.

3. Some versions of scrambleZest (e.g. Full Version) come with access to the server. The price paid for the Full version (or other server access versions) of scrambleZest is the license fee for scrambleZest iPhone app only (price does not include the server access; access to the server is described below). Full Version also includes about 2000 scrambles locally for play. The app, code, content and all other aspects of the scrambleZest game are owned by infinteZest.com.

4. In some versions (e.g. Full Version), more scrambles can be downloaded from server, as they are available. Access to the server is provided with the following conditions:

A. New server features may be added or some existing features may be removed or changed.

B. Depending on the need and usage of the server, the entire server functionality may be discontinued in future at the sole discretion of scrambleZest/infiniteZest.com administrators. The server may not be available during certain periods, including downtime for maintenance, server malfunctions, etc.

C. Administrators of infiniteZest.com/scrambleZest.com reserve the right to charge additional fees (in addition to the price paid for the scrambleZest iPhone game app) for the server access.

D. Some scramble sets on the server may be available/unavailable from different versions/editions of scrambleZest. Some versions/editions may be able to access only a subset of all the sets on the server.

E. Any disruptive, harmful behavior towards the server may result in loss of server access. This denial is done at the sole discretion of infiniteZest.com administrators. Any loss of Server Access for any reason will NOT result in refund of the iPhone game price, as the price paid was for the game only and not for the server access. The scrambleZest game can be played without server access (except that the scrambles on the server are not accessible).

5. With server access, you can create your own scrambles, which are subject to an approval process. For further information and policy regarding adding your own scrambles, please see: Adding New Scrambles – Tips and Policy (link provided below).

6. Please refer to the links below regarding the ScrambleZest Comment Policy and ScrambleZest User Policy.

7. Please refer to this page for the latest version of the ScrambleZest Game Policy and Terms of Use.
