Summary
This is a series of articles on Google's Android development environment. Get the basics of setting up the envirnonment and see some screenshots of Google Phone.
You need to get Eclipse for the Android development, since it is based on Java. Then you need to set up the Android plugin to ease the Android development. This series discusses those two and it also has some screenshots of Google Phone (in the emulator).
